Apple Proats

  • Oats, diced apples, protein powder, and brown sugar mixed with almond milk and slow cooked.  All topped with almonds

Mango Pork and Sweets

  • Seasoned pork roast topped with mango salsa.  Served with mashed sweet potatoes and green peas

Italian Chicken and Rice

  • Chicken breast marinated in Italian dressing with a side of jasmine rice and asparagus drizzled with olive oil

Salmon Alfredo

  • Salmon filet served over whole wheat pasta and broccoli topped with light Alfredo sauce

Nighttime snack

  • Creamy chocolate spread from peanut butter and casein protein powder blended with almond milk.  Served with rice cakes

  • Greek yogurt blended with cookie n creme protein powder topped with mixed berries and granola

Chicken “Fried” Rice

  • Pulled chicken breast mixed with jasmine rice, carrots, and green peas.  All tossed in soy sauce and coconut oil

Turkey Quesadilla

  • Diced turkey breast, green peppers, and onion topped with low fat cheese and baked between corn tortillas

Steak and Taters

  • Tender beef roast sliced and served with a side of roasted red potatoes and broccoli

Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Cookies

  • Peanut butter blended with casein protein powder, honey, and almond milk.  With dark chocolate chips folded in and baked until gooey

  • Egg whites mixed with turkey bacon and salsa.  Served with diced sweet potatoes baked in coconut oil

  • Grilled chicken breast served with a cucumber, lettuce and tomato.  With a side of Greek yogurt/dill dressing and pita

  • Lean ground turkey mixed with quinoa, black beans, sweet corn, and tomato sauce

  • Whole grain bread soaked in a mixture of cookies n creme protein powder, egg whites, and almond milk.  Then topped with slices of bananas and almonds and baked to perfection

  • Marinated chicken breast mixed with diced pineapple over jasmine rice drizzled with coconut oil

  • Chunks of tuna flavored with corn, black beans, greek yogurt, and lemon with a side of lettuce.  All to be stuffed in a whole wheat pita.

  • Peanut butter and protein powder blended into a sweet treat to end the day.
