Diced chicken breast tossed in tangy buffalo sauce.  Served over whole wheat pasta and topped with light alfredo sauce and broccoli

 

Turkey Philly

Shredded turkey breast over jasmine rice.  Topped with roasted bell peppers, onions, and a slice of provolone cheese

 

Waffle Sandwich

Egg whites and a turkey sausage patty sandwiched between our signature protein waffle consisting of Cheerio flour, protein powder, Greek yogurt, and egg whites.  Served with a side of light syrup

January 7th

Apple Cinnamon Protein Waffles- Our signature waffles made of Cheerio flour, egg whites, Greek yogurt, and protein powder.  Topped with peanut butter and baked apples tossed in cinnamon.  Served with a side of turkey sausage and light syrup

December 6th!

Giardiniera Egg Muffins and Roasted Butternut Squash- Egg white muffins with giardiniera. Served with roasted butternut squash and turkey sausage

November 15th

Monday November 12th

October 29th!
