Next week’s meals

Protein yogurt- bringing back the fan favorite with granola, chopped almonds and mixed berries

Turkey salad- on the lighter side.  Chunks of turkey breast, hard boiled egg, cheese and tomatoes over mixed greens.  Complete with a side of honey mustard dressing

BBQ chicken and sweets- baked chicken breast smothered in tangy BBQ sauce with a side of mashed sweet potatoes and green beans

Seasoned salmon and rice- wild caught salmon seasoned and baked served with jasmine rice and broccoli

New dessert!

Chickpea protein cookies- blended chickpeas, protein powder, peanut butter, and honey.  With dark chocolate chips folded in and baked til gooey
