My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

Mediterranean Shrimp and Orzo
Lemon garlic shrimp served over orzo tossed with chopped spinach, sun dried tomatoes, and feta cheese
Beef and Quinoa Chili
Seasoned lean ground beef with caramelized onions and diced tomatoes served over quinoa. Topped with kidney beans and corn
