My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

Turkey Pot Pie

Chicken and Cornbread Waffles

Marinated chicken breast lightly tossed in seasoned breadcrumbs.  Served with our signature cornbread waffles and sugar free syrup.

Pepperoni Burger and Sweet Potatoes

Lean ground beef burgers topped with mozzarella and pepperoni.  Served with roasted sweet potatoes and broccoli

Honey Sriracha Salmon

Salmon filet marinated in our sriracha honey glaze.  Served with wild rice and asparagus

Turkey Pot Pie

Oven roasted turkey breast and mixed vegetables tossed in cream of chicken soup.  Topped with a buttery biscuit

Chicken Bacon Ranch

Diced chicken breast served over jasmine rice.  Topped with green beans, ranch dressing, and turkey bacon (pictured with broccoli)
