My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

Chipotle Ranch Turkey Pasta Bowl

Broccoli Bacon Egg Bake and Red Potatoes

Egg whites baked with broccoli florets, shredded cheddar cheese, and turkey bacon bits.  Served with roasted red potatoes

Sweet Chili Chicken

Seasoned chicken thighs tossed in sweet chili sauce.  Served over jasmine rice and topped with scrambled egg whites, peas, carrots, and corn.

Greek Salmon and Couscous

Seasoned salmon filet served over couscous topped with diced zucchini, squash, baby tomatoes, and Greek dressing

Chipotle Ranch Turkey Pasta Bowl

Shredded turkey breast tossed in chipotle ranch dressing.  Served over gluten free pasta.  Topped with asparagus and green peas.

Beef Teriyaki Stir Fry

Seasoned lean ground beef over wild rice.  Topped with stir fry veggies and teriyaki sauce.
