My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

Egg Muffins and Sweet Potato

Egg white muffins with giardiniera.  Served with roasted sweet potatoes and chicken sausage

Honey Garlic Beef Stir Fry

Seasoned lean ground beef over wild rice.  Topped with stir fry veggies and honey garlic sauce.

Chicken Pesto

Seasoned chicken breast served over pasta tossed in a pesto sauce.  Topped with sun dried tomatoes and shredded parmesan cheese.

Turkey Pot Pie

Oven roasted turkey breast and mixed vegetables tossed in cream of chicken soup.  Topped with a buttery biscuit

Sweet Chili Chicken

Seasoned chicken thighs tossed in sweet chili sauce.  Served over jasmine rice and topped with scrambled egg whites, peas, carrots, and corn.
