My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

Apple Protein Waffles

Our signature protein waffle consisting of waffle batter, egg whites, Greek yogurt, and apple sauce.  Topped with baked apples, peanut butter, and sugar free syrup

Chicken Parm

Lightly breaded chicken breast served over pasta.  Topped with pasta sauce, parmesan cheese, and green beans

Shrimp Stir Fry

Baked shrimp served over jasmine rice.  Topped with stir fry vegetables and teriyaki sauce

Turkey Pot Pie

Oven roasted turkey breast and mixed vegetables tossed in cream of chicken soup.  Topped with a buttery biscuit

Sloppy Joe and Mashed Potatoes

Lean ground beef sloppy joe served with our Greek yogurt mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus
