My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

Steak and Eggs

Scrambled eggs with chopped spinach and filet tip steak.  Served with roasted sweet potatoes

BBQ Turkey and Mashed Potato

Shredded turkey breast tossed in the sweet barbecue sauce.  Served with mashed white potatoes and asparagus

Greek Chicken and Couscous

Seasoned chicken breast served over pearl couscous.  Topped with roasted zucchini, yellow squash, and a side of tzatziki sauce

Ground Beef Fajita Bowl

Seasoned lean ground beef served over jasmine rice.  Served with bell peppers, onions, black beans, and guacamole salsa.

Chicken Giardiniera

Seasoned chicken breast served over pasta tossed with tomato sauce.  Topped with shredded mozzarella and mild giardiniera.
