My Mighty Meals

My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.


By working with our trained chef and certified trainer, you can reach your maximum potential without the challenge of the time commitment of planning, shopping for, and cooking all of your meals.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

Buffalo Chicken Meatloaf and Couscous

Lean ground chicken meatloaf topped with tangy buffalo sauce.  Served over pearl couscous with roasted mixed vegetables.

Turkey, Sweet Potato, and Corn on the Cob

 Lean ground beef served over roasted white potatoes.  Topped with ketchup, mustard, pickle, and onion

Sweet Chili Chicken

Seasoned chicken thighs tossed in sweet chili sauce.  Served over jasmine rice and topped with scrambled egg whites, peas, carrots, and corn.
