My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

Eggs scrambled with diced gyro meat, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped spinach served with roasted white potatoes

Cajun Shrimp and Wild Rice

Seasoned shrimp served over wild rice with diced tomatoes and asparagus 

Honey Mustard Apple Chicken Quinoa

Diced chicken breast tossed in honey mustard dressing over quinoa, diced apples, walnuts, and celery

Beef Taco Bowl

Seasoned lean ground beef served over jasmine rice.  Topped with salsa, shredded cheese, and black beans

BBQ GF Mac

Shredded turkey breast tossed in barbecue sauce.  Served with our Greek yogurt/cheese gluten free mac and green peas
