My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

Hot Honey Chicken and Cornbread Waffles

Seasoned chicken thighs with a side of hot honey sauce.  Served with our signature cornbread waffles and green beans

Ground Turkey and Wild Rice Egg Roll Bowl

Lean ground turkey tossed with our sriracha/tamari sauce and shredded cabbage mix.  Served over wild rice and topped with a creamy ginger/garlic sauce.

BBQ Turkey, Sweet Potatoes, and Brussels Sprouts

Oven roasted turkey breast topped with barbecue sauce.  Served with mashed sweet potatoes and Brussel sprouts

Bison Hamburger Helper

Lean ground bison and ground beef seasoned with sauteed onions, tomato paste, garlic, chili powder, and beef broth.  Served over pasta tossed in our Greek yogurt/cheddar sauce and roasted broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots

Sweet Chili Chicken

Seasoned chicken breast tossed in sweet chili sauce.  Served over jasmine rice and topped with scrambled eggs, peas, carrots, and corn.
