My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

Steak and Eggs
Scrambled egg whites with sauteed peppers and onions served with filet steak and roasted white potatoes (pictured with sweet potatoes)
Coconut Sriracha Chicken Meatballs and Wild Rice
Lean ground chicken meatballs served wild rice and stir fry vegetables (carrots, broccoli, snap peas, water chestnuts, red bell pepper, onion). Topped with our coconut sriracha sauce.
Turkey Cranberry Almond Couscous Bowl
Shredded turkey breast served over pearl couscous. Topped with dried cranberries, sliced almonds, chopped spinach, and Italian dressing
BBQ Pork with Sweet Potatoes and Coleslaw
Seasoned pork tenderloin tossed in barbecue sauce. Served with roasted sweet potatoes, creamy coleslaw, and green beans
Mango Jerk Chicken and Jasmine Rice
Chicken breast marinated in spicy jerk seasoning with jasmine rice. Topped with mango salsa and black beans
