My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

Sun Dried Tomato and Feta Egg Bake
Egg white quiche with sundried tomatoes, chopped spinach, and feta cheese. Served with roasted sweet potatoes and chicken sausage
Honey Mustard Chicken and Mashed Potatoes
Grilled chicken breast tossed in honey mustard dressing. Served with mashed white potatoes, roasted Brussels Sprouts
Hawaiian BBQ Pork
Seasoned pork tenderloin topped with pineapple and barbecue sauce. Served with jasmine rice and roasted bell peppers
Honey Garlic Chicken Meatballs
Lean ground chicken meatballs tossed in spicy honey garlic sauce. Served over pearl couscous with stir fry vegetables
Buffalo Turkey GF Mac
Shredded turkey breast tossed in buffalo sauce. Served with our Greek yogurt/cheese gluten free mac and roasted broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
