My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

cheddar cheese baked in a biscuit dough crust

Greek Chicken and Couscous with Tzatziki 

Seasoned chicken breast served over pearl couscous. 
Topped with roasted zucchini, yellow squash, and a side of tzatziki sauce

Mango Pork and Sweet Potatoes

Seasoned pork tenderloin topped with mango salsa. 
Served with roasted sweet potatoes and green peas

Turkey Philly

Shredded turkey breast served over jasmine rice. 
Topped with roasted peppers, onions, and provolone cheese.

Sloppy Joe and Mashed Potatoes

Lean ground beef sloppy joe served with our Greek yogurt
mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus
