My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

Chicken Chorizo Hash with Sweet Potatoes

Scrambled egg whites with spicy ground CHICKEN chorizo, corn, and black beans.  Served over diced, roasted sweet potatoes

Turkey Philly

Shredded turkey breast served over jasmine rice.  Topped with roasted peppers, onions, and mozzarella cheese.

Greek Chicken and Couscous

Seasoned chicken breast served over pearl couscous.  Topped with roasted zucchini, yellow squash, and a side of tzatziki sauce

Burger Bowl

Lean ground beef served over roasted white potatoes.  Topped with ketchup, mustard, pickle, and onion

Gr Chicken Enchilada Pasta Bowl

Seasoned lean ground chicken served over whole wheat pasta tossed in our enchilada cream sauce and topped with shredded cheese.
