My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

Eggs scrambled with corned beef, green peppers, and onions.  Served with roasted red potatoes

Sweet Potato Nachos

Seasoned lean ground beef served over roasted sweet potatoes.  Topped with salsa, shredded cheese, and black beans

Chicken Pesto

Seasoned chicken breast served over pasta tossed in a pesto sauce.  Topped with sun dried tomatoes, asparagus, and shredded parmesan cheese.

Broccoli Cheddar Turkey and Wild Rice

Oven roasted turkey breast over wild rice topped with broccoli florets and shredded cheddar cheese

Greek Chicken Meatballs and Couscous

Seasoned ground chicken meatballs served over pearl couscous.  Topped with roasted zucchini, yellow squash, and a side of tzatziki sauce
