My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

High Protein Banana Bread
Diced whole wheat bread soaked in our batter consisting of egg whites, protein powder, peanut butter, and banana. Then baked til golden brown.
Turkey Cranberry Wrap
Shredded turkey breast mixed with Greek yogurt, honey, dried cranberries, sliced almonds, chopped spinach, and celery. Wrapped in a spinach tortilla
Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Boil
Seasoned shrimp and chicken thigh served with roasted red potatoes and corn
Sweet Potato Nachos
Seasoned lean ground beef served over roasted sweet potatoes. Topped with salsa, shredded cheese, and black beans
Chicken Bacon Ranch
Diced chicken breast served over jasmine rice. Topped with green beans, ranch dressing, and turkey bacon (pictured with broccoli)
