My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

St Paddy’s Day Bacon and Chocolate Stuffed Protein Waffles

Our signature protein waffles consisting of waffle mix, egg whites, Greek yogurt, whey protein powder, and a little green food coloring.  Stuffed with turkey bacon bits and chocolate chips.   Topped with peanut butter and sugar free syrup

BBQ Turkey, Sweet Potatoes, and Brussels

Oven roasted turkey breast topped with barbecue sauce.  Served with mashed sweet potatoes and Brussel sprouts

Street Corn Chicken

Seasoned diced chicken served over jasmine rice, black beans and roasted corn tossed in our creamy lime sauce topped with queso fresco

Honey Garlic Ground Beef Stir Fry

Seasoned lean ground beef over wild rice.  Topped with stir fry veggies and honey garlic sauce.

Greek Chicken Meatballs and Couscous

Seasoned ground chicken meatballs served over pearl couscous.  Topped with roasted zucchini, yellow squash, and a side of tzatziki sauce
