My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

Scrambled egg whites with diced chicken gyro meat, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped spinach served with tater tots
Beef Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans
Beef meatloaf made with lean ground beef, egg white, breadcrumb, onion, parsley, and garlic topped with ketchup. Served with green beans and our mashed potatoes made with white potatoes, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Chicken Sausage Pasta Bowl
Sliced chicken sausage served over bowtie pasta. Topped with diced peppers, onions, feta cheese, and baby tomatoes
Sweet Chili Salmon with Wild Rice and Roasted Broccoli
Seasoned baked salmon filet drizzled with sweet chili sauce. Served with wild rice and roasted broccoli florets
Mango Jerk Chicken with Rice and Beans
Chicken breast marinated in spicy jerk seasoning with jasmine rice. Topped with mango salsa and black beans
