My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

Our signature protein waffles made with waffle mix, egg whites, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and apple sauce. Topped with baked apples, peanut butter, and sugar free syrup
Chicken Parmesan
Chicken breast lightly coated in seasoned breadcrumbs. Topped with shredded parmesan cheese, marinara sauce, and green beans
Turkey Cranberry Couscous Salad
Oven roasted turkey breast served over pearl couscous mixed with chopped spinach, dried cranberries, sliced almonds, and Italian dressing
Beef Taco Bowl
Seasoned lean ground beef served over jasmine rice. Topped with salsa, shredded cheese, and black beans

Sliced chicken fajita sausage served over jasmine rice. Topped with roasted bell peppers, baby tomatoes, and onions
