My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

Chicken Gyro and Feta Scramble and Tater Tots
Eggs scrambled with diced chicken gyro meat, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped spinach served with tater tots
Honey Sriracha Salmon and Mashed Potatoes
Salmon filet topped with honey sriracha sauce. Served with our Greek yogurt mashed white potatoes and roasted asparagus.
Broccoli Cheddar Turkey and Wild Rice
Oven roasted turkey breast over wild rice topped with roasted broccoli florets and shredded cheddar cheese
Sloppy Joe and Sweet Potatoes
Lean ground beef sloppy joe served with mashed sweet potatoes and green beans
Sweet Chili Chicken
Seasoned chicken breast tossed in sweet chili sauce. Served over jasmine rice and topped with scrambled eggs, peas, carrots, and corn.
