Stuffed Peppers and Quinoa

Lean ground beef stuffed in bell peppers and topped with tomato sauce. Served with a side of quinoa and green beans

Chicken Taco Bowl

Seasoned shredded chicken served over jasmine rice. Topped with salsa, shredded cheese, and refried beans

BBQ Turkey and Cornbread

Oven roasted turkey breast tossed in sweet barbecue sauce with our signature cornbread made with egg whites and Greek yogurt.  Served with a side of mixed vegetables roasted with olive oil.
