My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

Spinach and Feta Eggs with Potatoes and Chicken Sausage
Egg white quiche with sundried tomatoes, chopped spinach, and feta cheese. Served with roasted red potatoes and chicken sausage
Maple Glaze Chicken and Sweet Potatoes
Chicken breast marinated in our teriyaki maple glaze. Served with roasted sweet potatoes, broccoli, dried cranberries, and walnuts
BBQ Pork Mac and Cheese
Pork tenderloin tossed in barbecue sauce. Served over our Greek yogurt mac and cheese. Topped with peas and carrots
Turkey Pot Pie
Oven roasted turkey breast and mixed vegetables tossed in cream of chicken soup. Topped with a buttery biscuit
Ground Beef Fajitas
Seasoned lean ground beef served over jasmine rice. Served with bell peppers, onions, black beans, and cilantro lime sauce.
