Egg whites baked with feta cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and spinach.  Served with chicken sausage and diced sweet potatoes roasted with olive oil

Stuffing Stuffed Meatloaf

Lean ground beef meatloaf stuffed with cornbread stuffing.  Topped with sweet barbecue sauce and served with mixed vegetables.

Turkey Cranberry Almond Couscous Salad

Oven roasted turkey breast tossed in Italian dressing.  Served over Israeli couscous, chopped almonds, chopped spinach, and dried cranberries

Jerk Chicken

Chicken breast covered in a spicy jerk marinade and slow roasted.  Served over jasmine rice, kidney beans, and green peas tossed in coconut oil

Shrimp Fried Rice

Oven baked shrimp served over brown rice, green peas, carrots, and corn mixed with olive oil.  Topped with teriyaki sauce.
