My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

Tater Tot Scramble

Scrambled egg whites with cheddar cheese.  Served over crispy tater tots and topped with salsa and diced turkey sausage

Honey Mustard Chicken and Orzo

Seasoned chicken breast tossed in honey mustard dressing served with orzo and roasted Brussel Sprouts 

Loaded Mash

Shredded oven roasted turkey breast served over white potatoes mashed with Greek yogurt, olive oil, and garlic salt.  Topped with turkey bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and green beans

BBQ Meatloaf and Jasmine Rice

Lean ground beef meatloaf topped with sweet barbecue sauce.  Served with jasmine rice and roasted mixed vegetables.

Chicken Sausage Pasta Bowl

Sliced chicken sausage served over pasta.  Topped with diced peppers, onions, baby tomatoes, and feta cheese
