My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

Egg whites scrambled with diced Canadian ham, bell peppers, onions, and cheese. Served over tater tots
Shrimp and Chicken Pad Thai
Seasoned shrimp and chicken thigh served over rice noodles and stir fry veggies tossed in spicy peanut sauce
Sweet Potato Shepherd’s Pie
Seasoned lean ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and sauteed onions mixed with marinara sauce, green peas, carrots, and corn. Topped with mashed sweet potatoes
Buffalo Turkey GF Mac
Shredded turkey breast tossed in buffalo sauce. Served with our Greek yogurt/cheese gluten free mac and roasted broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
Mango Jerk Chicken with Jasmine Rice and Black Beans
Chicken breast marinated in spicy jerk seasoning with jasmine rice. Topped with mango salsa and black beans
