My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

Egg whites, diced bell peppers, onions, turkey sausage, and shredded cheese cooked in a spinach tortilla

BBQ Pork with Sweet Potatoes and Coleslaw

Seasoned pork tenderloin tossed in sweet barbecue sauce.  Served with mashed sweet potatoes, creamy coleslaw, and green beans

Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken

Seasoned shredded chicken breast served over jasmine rice and mixed vegetables tossed with coconut oil.  Topped with teriyaki sauce and diced pineapples

Burger Bowl

Lean ground beef served over roasted white potatoes.  Topped with ketchup, mustard, pickle, and onion

Buffalo Turkey Mac

Shredded turkey breast tossed in tangy buffalo sauce.  Served with our cheese/Greek yogurt mac and green peas
