  • Protein Parfait- Greek yogurt blended with cookies and cream protein powder. Topped with fresh mixed berries and granola.
  • Couscous Chili- Seasoned lean ground beef, diced tomatoes, corn, and kidney beans over couscous
  • Grilled Chicken and Sweets- Grilled chicken marinated in Italian dressing. Served with sweet potatoes roasted in olive oil and green beans
  • Salmon and Mashed Potatoes- Salmon filet with our Greek yogurt garlic mashed whites potatoes and broccoli

January 29th!

  • Pumpkin Protein Oats- Pumpkin purée, oats, peanut butter, and protein powder slowed cooked with almond milk. Topped with cinnamon and chopped pecans.
  • Pineapple Chicken- Shredded chicken breast served with stir fry vegetables and jasmine rice tossed in coconut oil. Topped with diced pineapple and soy sauce.
  • Turkey Pot Pie- Oven roasted turkey breast mixed Normandy vegetables tossed in cream of chicken with a buttery biscuit top.
  • Shepherds Pie- Lean ground turkey mixed green peas, corn, and pasta sauce. Covered in mashed sweet potatoes.

Thursday January 25

  • Dark chocolate Protein Oat Balls- Oats, dark chocolate chips, peanut butter, protein powder, and honey mixed with almond milk. Formed into gooey balls of deliciousness.
  • Chicken Fajita and Rice- Seasoned chicken breast over jasmine rice and black beans with peppers and onions roasted in olive oil
  • Teriyaki Steak and Quinoa – Marinated grilled steak served over quinoa and stir fry vegetables
  • Turkey and Sweet Potatoes- Oven roasted turkey breast served with mashed sweet potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts

Monday January 22nd

  • Denver Egg Bake- Egg whites baked chopped Canadian bacon, green peppers, onion, and shredded cheese. Served with roasted white potatoes
  • Buffalo Turkey Alfredo- Oven roasted turkey breast tossed in buffalo sauce. Served over whole wheat pasta and broccoli. Topped with lite Alfredo sauce
  • BBQ Bacon Burger- Lean ground beef burger topped with crispy turkey bacon and sweet barbecue sauce. Served with mashed sweet potatoes and green beans
  • Salmon and Rice- Seasoned salmon filet served over jasmine rice and green peas

Thursday January 18th!

  • Breakfast Burrito- Scrambled egg whites with cheese, salsa, black beans, and diced turkey sausage.  Served with a whole wheat wrap.

 

 

  • Sloppy Joe and Sweet Potatoes- Lean ground beef sloppy joe with green peppers and onion.  Served with sweet potatoes roasted in olive oil and green beans.

 

 

  • Cajun Shrimp and Coconut Rice- Shrimp seasoned in Cajun seasoning over rice, green peas, and corn tossed in coconut oil.

 

 

  • Cornflake Chicken and Mashed Potatoes- Diced chicken breast coated in cornflakes and topped with barbecue sauce.  Served with mixed vegetables roasted in olive oil and mashed white potatoes with greek yogurt

January 15th Meals!

  • Apple Cinnamon Protein Waffles- Our signature protein waffle batter mixed with applesauce and cinnamon. Cooked til golden brown and topped with peanut butter. Served with a side of lite syrup and turkey sausage
  • Turkey Philly- Oven roasted turkey breast over jasmine rice. Topped with provolone cheese, peppers and onions roasted in olive oil.
  • Honey Mustard Pork and Sweet Potatoes- Diced pork loin seasoned with honey mustard. Served with mashed sweet potatoes and asparagus.
  • BBQ Turkey Meatloaf and Quinoa- Lean ground turkey meatloaf with breadcrumbs and egg whites. Topped with sweet barbecue sauce. Served over quinoa and broccoli

January 11th Meals!
