• Breakfast Burrito- Scrambled egg whites with cheese, salsa, black beans, and diced turkey sausage.  Served with a whole wheat wrap.



  • Sloppy Joe and Sweet Potatoes- Lean ground beef sloppy joe with green peppers and onion.  Served with sweet potatoes roasted in olive oil and green beans.



  • Cajun Shrimp and Coconut Rice- Shrimp seasoned in Cajun seasoning over rice, green peas, and corn tossed in coconut oil.



  • Cornflake Chicken and Mashed Potatoes- Diced chicken breast coated in cornflakes and topped with barbecue sauce.  Served with mixed vegetables roasted in olive oil and mashed white potatoes with greek yogurt
