  • Italian Chicken- Grilled chicken breast marinated in Italian dressing served over jasmine rice and green beans
  • Teriyaki Meatballs and Quinoa- Lean ground beef meatballs tossed in teriyaki sauce over quinoa and green peas
  • BBQ Pork Mac N Cheese- Diced pork loin covered in sweet BBQ sauce. Over whole wheat pasta mixed with our Greek yogurt cheese sauce and broccoli

December 14th Meals

  • Turkey, Stuffing, and Sweet Potatoes- Oven roasted turkey breast served with mashed sweet potatoes, cornbread stuffing, and roasted Brussels sprouts
  • Buffalo Chicken Alfredo- Marinated chicken breast over whole wheat pasta. Topped with lite Alfredo sauce and broccoli

December 11th Menu

  • Apple Proats- Diced apples, oats, peanut butter, and protein powder slowed cooked with almond milk
  • Mango Salsa Turkey and Sweet Potatoes- Oven roasted turkey breast topped with mango salsa. Served with green peas and sweet potatoes roasted in olive oil.
  • BBQ Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes- Lean ground turkey meatloaf with sweet barbecue sauce. Served with green beans and white potatoes mashed with Greek yogurt and olive oil.
  • Jerk Chicken- Chicken breast seasoned in spicy jerk sauce. Served over jasmine rice tossed in coconut oil with sides of black beans and broccoli

Thursday December 7th

  • Tortilla Egg Bake- Egg whites mixed with giadinera and diced turkey sausage baked in a corn tortilla crust
  • BBQ Bacon Burger- Lean ground beef burger topped with sweet barbecue sauce and turkey bacon. Served with white potatoes roasted in olive oil and green peas.
  • Turkey Philly- Oven roasted turkey breast over jasmine rice. Topped with provolone cheese and roasted peppers and onions
  • Shrimp Scampi- Shrimp pan fried in garlic and olive oil. Served over whole wheat pasta and broccoli. Lightly seasoned with lemon juice, red pepper, and Parmesan cheese.

Bring on December

  • Protein Parfait- Greek yogurt blended with protein powder. Topped with fresh berries and granola.
  • Beef Taco Bowl- Seasoned lean ground beef over jasmine rice. Topped with refried beans, shredded cheese, and salsa
  • Buffalo Turkey and Cornbread- Oven roasted turkey tossed in tangy buffalo sauce. Served with our signature cornbread and roasted mixed vegetables
  • BBQ Pork Sweet Potatoes and Coleslaw- Diced pork loin tossed in barbecue sauce served with mashed sweet potatoes and creamy coleslaw

Good Bye November

  • Protein Oat Balls- Oats, peanut butter, dark chocolate chips, protein powder, and honey mixed with almond milk. Formed into a delicious sweet treat breakfast.
  • Honey Mustard Cornflake Chicken and Taters- Chicken breast lightly coated in cornflakes and topped with honey mustard. Served with white potatoes roasted in olive oil and green beans
  • Salmon and Quinoa- Salmon filet served over quinoa and mixed vegetables roasted in olive oil
  • Stuffed Peppers- Lean ground beef stuffed in bell peppers and topped with pasta sauce. Served with a side of jasmine rice

  • Shepherds Pie- Lean ground turkey mixed with pasta sauce, corn, and green peas. Covered in mashed sweet potatoes.
  • Turkey Couscous- Oven roasted turkey breast over couscous mixed with dried cranberries, sliced almonds, and chopped spinach.
