November 13th Meals!

  • Cranberry Almond Protein Muffins- Dried cranberries, egg whites, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and Cheerio flour baked into muffins and topped with sliced almonds
  • Turkey Pot Pie- Diced oven roasted turkey breast mixed with Normandy vegetables and cream of chicken soup.  Topped with a buttery biscuit 
  • Italian Chicken- Marinated chicken breast grilled and served over jasmine rice and green beans
  • Sloppy Joe- Lean ground beef sloppy joe mixed with peppers and onions.  Served with whites potatoes roasted in olive oil

November 9th Meals

  • Denver Egg Bake Sandwich- Egg whites baked with chopped peppers, onions, Canadian bacon, and shredded cheese.  Sandwiched between an English muffin
  • Turkey and Sweet Potatoes- Oven roasted turkey breasted served with mashed sweet potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts 
  • Mango Chicken and Rice- Diced chicken breast topped with mango salsa served over jasmine rice mixed with coconut oil
  • Parmesan Crusted Salmon and Couscous- Salmon filet lightly coated in Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs served over couscous and broccoli 

Monday November 6th

  • Banana Nut Proats- Slowed cooked oatmeal mixed with sliced bananas, peanut butter, protein powder, and almond milk
  • BBQ Turkey and Mashed Potatoes- Oven roasted turkey breast tossed in barbecue sauce.  Served with mashed white potatoes mixed with Greek yogurt
  • Buffalo Chicken Alfredo- Marinated chicken breast served over whole wheat pasta.  Topped with lite Alfredo sauce and broccoli 
  • Stuffing Stuffed Meatloaf- Lean ground turkey meatloaf stuffed with cornbread stuffing.  Topped with pasta sauce and served with green beans 

Thursday 2nd

  • Protein Parfait- Greek yogurt blended with protein powder.  Topped with mixed berries and granola 
  • Honey Mustard Chicken and Rice- Grilled chicken breast with honey mustard served over jasmine rice and green beans
  • Spinach Feta Burger and Sweet Potatoes- Lean ground beef burgers stuffed with chopped spinach and feta cheese.  Served with sweet potatoes roasted in olive oil 
  • Cajun Shrimp and Quinoa- Seasoned shrimp served over quinoa, peas, and carrots tossed in coconut oil 

Happy Halloween!

  • Egg Muffins and Taters- Egg whites mixed with giaderinera and baked into muffins.  Served with turkey sausage and diced red potatoes roasted in olive oil 
  • Jerk Chicken and Cornbread- Spicy jerk chicken breast served with our MMM cornbread and broccoli 
  • Turkey Philly- Oven roasted turkey breast topped with provolone cheese, roasted peppers, and onions.  Served over jasmine rice
  • Shepherds Pie- Lean ground turkey mixed with corn, green peas, and pasta sauce.  Covered in mashed sweet potatoes 

Thursday October 26th!

  • Chocolate Chip Protein Oat Balls- Dark chocolate chips, oats, honey, peanut butter, and protein powder mixed with almond milk.  Formed into gooey balls of goodness 
  • Beef Taco Bowl- Seasoned lean ground beef over jasmine rice and black beans.  Topped with salsa and low fat cheese
  • Buffalo Chicken and Roasted Sweet Potatoes- Marinated chicken breast served with sweet potatoes roasted in olive oil and green beans
  • Turkey Cranberry Couscous- Diced turkey over couscous mixed with dried cranberries, sliced almonds, and chopped spinach 

The winners are…

  • Pumpkin Spice Protein Waffles- Our signature My Mighty Meals waffle batter mixed with pumpkin and cooked til golden brown. Topped with peanut butter and sugar free syrup

 

  • BBQ Pork Mac N Cheese- Oven roasted pork roast seasoned with tangy BBQ sauce. Served with green peas and whole wheat pasta folded into our Greek yogurt and melted cheese sauce.

 

  • Chicken Bacon Ranch- Diced chicken breast over jasmine rice. Topped with turkey bacon bits and lite ranch dressing. Served with a side of steamed broccoli

 

 

  • BBQ Bacon Burger and Fries- Lean beef burger topped with BBQ sauce and turkey bacon. Served with mashed sweet potatoes and Normandy vegetables

 

 

 

 

Thursday October 19th!

  • Protein Pumpkin Pie- Pumpkin purée, egg whites, protein powder, and peanut butter baked in a graham cracker crust
  • Ground Turkey Fried Rice- Seasoned lean ground turkey over jasmine rice, peas, and carrots mixed in soy sauce and olive oil 
  • Mango Salmon with Roasted Sweet Potatoes- Salmon filet topped with mango salsa.  Served with sweet potatoes roasted in coconut oil. 
  • BBQ Chicken Quesadilla- Diced barbecue chicken, shredded cheese, and green chiles baked between whole wheat tortillas.  

October 16th Meals!

  • Denver Egg Bake- Egg whites mixed with diced peppers, onions, and Canadian bacon.  Topped with shredded cheese.  Served with white potatoes roasted in olive oil.
  • Honey Mustard Cornflake Chicken- Chicken breast tossed in cornflakes and topped with honey mustard.  Served with jasmine rice and asparagus.
  • BBQ Pork, Sweet Potatoes, and Coleslaw- Shredded pork roast seasoned in sweet barbecue sauce.  Served with mashed sweet potatoes and creamy coleslaw.
  • Ground Beef Couscous Chili- Lean ground beef chili with corn, kidney beans, and diced tomatoes.  Served over couscous 

Thursday Meals!
