  • Ground Turkey Fried Rice- Seasoned lean ground turkey over jasmine rice, peas, and carrots mixed in soy sauce and olive oil 
  • Mango Salmon with Roasted Sweet Potatoes- Salmon filet topped with mango salsa.  Served with sweet potatoes roasted in coconut oil. 
  • BBQ Chicken Quesadilla- Diced barbecue chicken, shredded cheese, and green chiles baked between whole wheat tortillas.
