Waffle Sandwich?!

  • Waffle Sandwich- Cheesy egg white and turkey sausage bake sandwiched between two pieces of our protein waffle.  Served with a side of sugar free syrup
  • Chicken Bacon Ranch- Diced chicken breast topped with crispy turkey bacon bits and light ranch dressing.  Served over jasmine rice and broccoli 
  • Pineapple Teriyaki Burger and Fries-  Lean ground beef burger seasoned with teriyaki sauce.  Topped with grilled pineapple slice.  Served with white potatoes roasted in olive oil 
  • Turkey Mac N Cheese- Oven roasted turkey breast with whole wheat pasta.  Covered in our Greek yogurt cheese sauce.  

August 24th Meals

  • Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie- Banana, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder blended with almond milk
  • BBQ Chicken and Baked Potato- Grilled chicken breast coated in barbecue sauce.  Served with baked white potatoes with a side of our ranch Greek yogurt and broccoli 
  • Almond Crusted Tilapia- Tilapia filet coated in crushed almonds.  Served with quinoa and asparagus 
  • Ground Turkey Meatballs and Rice- Lean ground turkey meatballs topped with marinara sauce.  Served with jasmine rice and green beans 

August 21st Meals 

  • Banana Chocolate Proats- Sliced banana, dark chocolate chips, oats, honey, and protein powder mixed with almond milk and slow cooked
  • Jerk Chicken and Coconut Rice- Spicy jerk chicken breast with jasmine rice tossed in coconut oil.  Served with black beans and broccoli 
  • Turkey and Sweet Potatoes- Oven roasted turkey breast served with diced sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts roasted in olive oil
  • Sloppy Joe- Lean ground turkey sloppy joe with green peppers and onions.  Served over couscous 

Thursday Meals!

  • Egg Muffins with Turkey Sausage and White Potatoes- Egg white muffins baked with spicy giardiniera.  Served with turkey sausage and roasted white potato hash
  • Buffalo Chicken and Sweet Potatoes-  Shredded chicken breast seasoned in Buffalo sauce.  Served with mashed sweet potatoes and green peas 
  • Beef Taco Bowl- Seasoned lean ground beef topped with salsa and cheese.  Served over jasmine rice.
  • Salmon Quinoa Bowl- Baked salmon filet over a Quinoa, corn, and black bean mix 

August 14th Meals!

  • Protein Parfait-  Greek yogurt blended with protein powder.  Topped with mixed berries and granola 
  • Stuffing Stuffed Turkey Meatloaf- Ground turkey meatloaf stuffed with bread stuffing and topped with sweet BBQ sauce.  Served with green beans. 
  • Cornflake Chicken and Mashed Potatoes- Oven roasted chicken breast coated in cornflakes.  Served with white mashed potatoes and roasted mixed vegetables.
  • Mango Pork and Rice- Roasted pork loin topped with mango salsa.  Served over jasmine rice and green peas

Thursday August 10th

  • Cranberry Oat Balls- Oats, peanut butter, protein powder, honey, and dried cranberries mixed with almond milk.  Formed in balls of goodness 
  • Spicy Mustard Chicken and Rice- Oven roasted chicken breast rubbed in spicy mustard.  Served with jasmine rice and green beans 
  • Ground Turkey Shepards Pie- Ground turkey mixed with pasta sauce, corn, and peas covered in mashed sweet potatoes
  • Steak and Red Potatoes- Grilled sirloin with boiled red potatoes and broccoli

August 7th Meals!

  • Egg Tortilla Bake- Egg whites, turkey sausage, shredded cheese, and giardernia baked in a corn tortilla quiche
  • Pineapple Chicken- Shredded chicken and diced pineapple over jasmine rice and stir fry veggies tossed in soy sauce and coconut oil
  • Salmon and Sweet Potatoes- Salmon filet served with roasted sweet potatoes and green peas
  • Turkey and Quinoa Bowl- Diced turkey breast served over quinoa, corn, and black beans topped with chipotle lime dressing

August 1st meals!

  • Protein Bread Pudding- Diced pieces of whole wheat bread soaked in a mix of bananas, protein powder, peanut butter, and almond milk. 
  • Spinach Feta Burger and White Potatoes- Lean ground beef patties stuffed with feta and chopped spinach.  Served with roasted white potatoes
  • Turkey Philly- Sliced oven roasted turkey breast over jasmine rice.  Topped with provolone cheese, roasted pepper and onion 
  • BBQ Pork, Sweet Potatoes, and Coleslaw- Pork roast tossed in tangy barbecue sauce.  Served with mashed sweet potatoes and coleslaw

  • Apple Proats- Diced apples, oats, peanut butter, and brown sugar all mixed with almond milk and slow cooked
  • Salmon and Sweet Potatoes- Seasoned salmon filet served with roasted sweet potatoes and green peas
  • Stuffed Peppers- Ground beef mixed with pasta sauce stuffed in green peppers.  Served with jasmine rice.
  • Buffalo Chicken Couscous – Marinated chicken breast over Couscous and broccoli topped with light ranch sauce

  • Turkey, Sweet Potatoes, and Brussels- Oven roasted turkey breast served with mashed sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts roasted in olive oil
