  • Jerk Chicken and Coconut Rice- Spicy jerk chicken breast with jasmine rice tossed in coconut oil.  Served with black beans and broccoli 
  • Turkey and Sweet Potatoes- Oven roasted turkey breast served with diced sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts roasted in olive oil
  • Sloppy Joe- Lean ground turkey sloppy joe with green peppers and onions.  Served over couscous
