Fall is here!

  • Tortilla Egg Bake- Egg whites mixed with salsa, cheese, and turkey sausage baked in a corn tortilla crust
  • Stuffing Stuffed Meatloaf- Lean ground turkey meatloaf stuffed with seasoned bread stuffing.  Topped with marinara sauce and served with green beans
  • Chicken Teriyaki- Diced chicken breast tossed in teriyaki sauce.  Served over jasmine rice, peas, and carrots
  • Turkey, Sweet Potatoes, and Cranberry Sauce- Oven roasted turkey breast served with mashed sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, and roasted Brussels sprouts 

Thursday Meals!

  • Cranberry Oat Balls- Oats, dried cranberries, honey, peanut butter, and protein powder mixed with almond milk.  Formed into bite size balls of goodness.
  • Sloppy Joe- Lean ground turkey sloppy joe served over jasmine rice and green beans
  • Chicken BLT- Sliced chicken breast, turkey bacon, lettuce, tomato, and spicy mayo in a whole wheat tortilla 
  • Turkey Mac- Diced turkey breast mixed with whole wheat pasta and our cheesy Greek yogurt sauce.  Served with broccoli

  • Apple Granola Waffle- Our signature waffle batter mixed with applesauce.  Cooked til golden brown and topped with peanuts butter and granola.  Served with turkey sausage and a side of sugar free syrup.
  • Turkey Philly- Oven roasted turkey breast topped with provolone cheese, peppers, and onion.  Served over jasmine rice
  • Bacon Burger and Potatoes- Lean beef burger with turkey bacon and spicy mustard.  Served with mashed white potatoes and green peas
  • Jerk Chicken and Cornbread- Spicy jerk chicken with MMM cornbread and broccoli 

September 28th!

  • Egg Muffins and Potatoes- Egg muffins baked with giadiniera.  Served with roasted red potatoes and turkey sausage

 

 

  • Honey Mustard Pork- Sliced pork roast seasoned in honey mustard dressing.  Served over jasmine rice and green beans 

 

 

  • BBQ Chicken and Sweet Potatoes- Grilled chicken breastd coated in barbecue sauce.  Served with mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli

September 25th!

  • Pumpkin Proats- Slowed cooked oats mixed with pumpkin purée, protein powder, peanut butter, and almond milk.  Topped with chopped pecans
  • Chicken Taco Bowl- Seasoned shredded chicken breast over jasmine rice, corn, and black beans.  Topped with shredded cheese.
  • Turkey Pot Pie- Diced oven roasted turkey breast mixed with cream of chicken and mixed vegetables.  Topped with a flaky biscuit. 
  • BBQ Beef Meatballs and Quinoa- Lean ground beef meatballs over Quinoa.  Topped with sweet barbecue sauce.

  • Banana Nut Muffins- Banana, cheerio flour, protein powder, egg whites, and Greek yogurt blended to a batter.  Topped with crushed almonds and served with sugar free syrup.
  • Chicken Pineapple- Diced chicken breast mixed over jasmine rice mixed with diced pineapples, soy sauce, and coconut oil
  • Turkey Quesadilla- Oven roasted turkey breast, chopped peppers, onions, and cheese melted between whole wheat tortillas.  Served with a side of salsa. 
  • Ground Turkey and Potatoes- Seasoned lean ground turkey with white potatoes and broccoli roasted in olive oil. 

September 18th Meals

  • Protein Parfait- Greek yogurt blended with protein powder.  Topped with mixed berries and granola
  • BBQ Turkey and Sweet Potatoes- Oven roasted turkey breast covered in sweet barbecue sauce.  Served with mashed sweet potatoes and roasted asparagus 
  • Chicken Parmesan- Chicken breast lightly coated in bread crumbs topped with shredded Parmesan cheese and pasta sauce.  Served over whole wheat pasta and green peas 
  • Salmon and Rice- Baked salmon filet served with jasmine rice and broccoli

Wedding week!

    • Denver Egg Bake and Potatoes-  Diced Canadian Bacon, green peppers, onion, and cheese baked with egg whites.  Served with white potatoes roasted in olive oil.  
    • Buffalo Chicken and Cornbread- Oven roasted chicken tossed in Buffalo sauce.  Served with our signature MMM cornbread 
    • Turkey Cranberry Almond Couscous- Turkey breast, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds served over couscous 
    • Pork Fried Rice- Jasmine rice, peas, and carrots tossed in Teriyaki sauce and coconut oil.  Served with sliced pork roast.  

    End of August!

    • Protein Pumpkin Pie- Pumpkin purée, protein powder, egg whites, and peanut butter blended into a batter and baked in a graham cracker crust 
    • Grilled Chicken and Mashed Sweet Potatoes- Marinated grilled chicken breast served with mashed sweet potatoes and mixed vegetables 
    • Shredded Beef and Rice- Shredded beef roast tossed in giardiniera served over jasmine rice and broccoli 
    • Turkey BLT- Oven roasted turkey breast, crispy turkey bacon, tomato, and lettuce on a whole wheat wrap.  Served with spicy mayo
