• Banana Nut Muffins- Banana, cheerio flour, protein powder, egg whites, and Greek yogurt blended to a batter.  Topped with crushed almonds and served with sugar free syrup.
  • Chicken Pineapple- Diced chicken breast mixed over jasmine rice mixed with diced pineapples, soy sauce, and coconut oil
  • Turkey Quesadilla- Oven roasted turkey breast, chopped peppers, onions, and cheese melted between whole wheat tortillas.  Served with a side of salsa. 
  • Ground Turkey and Potatoes- Seasoned lean ground turkey with white potatoes and broccoli roasted in olive oil.
