May 11th meals!

  • Protein Banana Bread Pudding- whole wheat bread diced, soaked in our protein pudding mix, and baked into a sweet breakfast treat
  • BBQ Chicken and Mashed Sweet Potatoes- seasoned chicken breast topped with tangy BBQ sauce.  Served with mashed sweet potatoes and steamed vegetable 
  • Mango Tilapia and Coconut Rice- baked tilapia filets topped with mango salsa.  Served over rice drizzled in coconut oil 
  • Turkey Salad Lettuce Wraps- diced turkey breast, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds folded into Greek yogurt.  Served on romaine lettuce wraps

May 8th Meals!

  • Egg N Tortilla Bake- Egg whites mixed with salsa; topped with diced turkey sauce and shredded cheese.  Baked in a corn tortilla crust.
  • Buffalo Turkey Breast and Cornbread- Oven roasted turkey breast seasoned in spicy buffalo sauce.  Served with our signature MMM Cornbread and roasted mixed vegetables
  • Pineapple Chicken and Rice- Diced chicken breast and pineapple chunks topped with soy sauce and coconut oil.  Served over jasmine rice.
  • BBQ Meatloaf with Baked Potatoes- Lean ground beef meatloaf sliced and seasoned with tangy BBQ sauce.  Served with green peas and a baked potato with our Greek yogurt dill sauce.  

Thursday May 4th Meals!

  • Protein Oat Balls- Oats, honey, peanut butter, protein powder, and dark chocolate chips mixed with almond milk and rolled into balls of deliciousness 
  • BBQ Ground Turkey Meatballs- Lean ground turkey balls topped with BBQ sauce.  Served over jasmine rice and green beans
  • Egg Salad Sandwich- Chopped hard boiled eggs folded into light mayo, mustard, and hot sauce blend.  Served with crispy turkey bacon on whole wheat bread 
  • Spicy Mustard Chicken and White Potatoes- Grilled chicken breast seasoned in spicy mustard.  Served with roasted white potatoes fries, green peas, and carrots

April 27th meals

  • Egg Muffins and Taters- Egg whites mixed with gardinera and baked in muffin tins. Served with chicken sausage and diced white potatoes roasted in olive oil.  
  • Chicken Bacon Ranch- Diced chicken breast over jasmine rice.  Topped with turkey bacon bits and lite ranch dressing.  Served with a side of steamed broccoli 
  • Shepards Pie- Lean ground turkey mixed with corn, peas, and pasta sauce.  Covered in mashed sweet potatoes
  • Salmon and Quinoa- Seasoned salmon filet over quinoa and cooked chopped spinach 

April 24th menu

  • Banana Nut Proats- Sliced banana, protein powder, peanut butter, oats, and honey slow cooked with almond milk
  • BBQ Burger and Fries- Lean beef burger topped with BBQ sauce.  Served with white potato fries roasted in olive oil and Normandy vegetables 
  • Honey Mustard Turkey and Rice- Oven roasted turkey breast seasoned in honey mustard.  Served over jasmine rice and green beans
  • Mango Pork and Sweet Potatoes- Slice Pork loin topped with mango salsa.  Served with mashed sweet potatoes and green peas

April 17th Menu!

  • Egg N Bacon Quiche- Egg whites baked with spinach, onion, and turkey bacon.  Lightly topped with shredded cheese.  Served with sweet potatoes roasted in coconut oil.
  • Shredded Beef and Red Potatoes- Shredded beef roast mixed with gardinera.  Served with boiled red potatoes and roasted asparagus.
  • BBQ Chicken Mac N Cheese- Oven roasted chicken breast seasoned with tangy BBQ sauce.  Served with whole wheat pasta folded into our Greek yogurt and melted cheese sauce and steamed broccoli
  • Turkey “Fried” Rice- Jasmine rice mixed with soy sauce and olive oil.  Topped with lean ground turkey, peas, and carrots

April 13th Menu!

  • Peanut Butter and Berry Smoothie- Mixed berries, peanut butter, honey, Greek yogurt, and protein powder blended with almond milk
  • Mango Tilapia Tacos- Tilapia pan fried in coconut oil topped with mango salsa and coleslaw.  Served with a corn tortilla.
  • Beef Couscous Chili- Seasoned lean ground beef cooked with couscous, diced tomatoes, corn, and kidney beans 
  • Chicken Feta Salad- Diced chicken breast over romaine lettuce with tomatoes and cucumbers.  Topped with feta cheese and croutons.  Served with a side of Italian dressing 

Monday April 10th!

  • Banana Nut Protein Muffins- Cheerio flour, egg whites, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and mashed bananas mixed to a batter and topped with crushed nuts.  Baked into fluffy moist muffins.
  • Turkey Philly- Oven roasted sliced turkey breast over jasmine rice.  Topped with roasted bell peppers, onions, and provolone cheese
