• Peanut Butter and Berry Smoothie- Mixed berries, peanut butter, honey, Greek yogurt, and protein powder blended with almond milk
  • Mango Tilapia Tacos- Tilapia pan fried in coconut oil topped with mango salsa and coleslaw.  Served with a corn tortilla.
  • Beef Couscous Chili- Seasoned lean ground beef cooked with couscous, diced tomatoes, corn, and kidney beans 
  • Chicken Feta Salad- Diced chicken breast over romaine lettuce with tomatoes and cucumbers.  Topped with feta cheese and croutons.  Served with a side of Italian dressing
