June 15th Meals

  • Egg Muffins and Turkey Sausage White Potato Hash- Mini egg white muffins mixed with gardinera. Served with a turkey sausage patty and roasted white potatoes
  • Buffalo Chicken and Sweet Potatoes- Spicy, shredded chicken breast with green beans and cinnamon mashed sweet potatoes topped with crushed almonds
  • Salmon and Quinoa- Baked salmon filet with quinoa and cooked spinach
  • Beef “Fried” Rice-  Lean ground beef over jasmine rice, peas, and carrots tossed in Teriyaki sauce and olive oil 

July 12th Meals!

  • Apple Protein Waffles- Our signature protein waffle batter mixed with apple sauce and cooked til golden brown.  Topped with peanut butter and sugar free syrup.  Served with a side of turkey sausage.
  • BBQ Turkey Meatloaf and Sweet Potatoes- Lean ground beef meatloaf topped with sweet barbecue sauce.  Served with mashed sweet potatoes and green peas
  • Jerk Chicken and Jasmine Rice- Diced chicken breast seasoned in spicy jerk sauce.  Served with broccoli and jasmine rice mixed with coconut oil
  • Turkey and Cornbread- Oven roasted turkey breast with MMM Cornbread and green beans 

June 8th Meals!

  • Protein Pumpkin Pie- Pumpkin purée, protein powder, egg whites, and peanut butter mixed to a batter.  Baked in a graham cracker crust 
  • Turkey and Mashed Potatoes- Oven roasted turkey breast served with mashed white potatoes mixed with Greek yogurt and seasoning.  Served with green beans
  • Cajun Tilapia and Coconut Sweets- Pan fried tilapia filet with diced sweet potatoes roasted in coconut oil.  Served with green peas
  • Beef Taco Bowl- Seasoned lean ground beef topped with salsa, cheese, and beans.  Served over jasmine rice

June 5th meals

  • Chocolate Banana Proats- Sliced bananas, dark chocolate chips, oats, cookies n creme protein powder, honey, and peanut butter all mixed with almond milk and slow cooked
  • Beef Taco Bowl- Seasoned lean ground beef topped with salsa, black beans, and shredded cheese.  Served over jasmine rice 
  • Turkey Pot Pie- Diced oven roasted turkey breast and mixed vegetables tossed in cream of chicken soup.  Covered with a flaky biscuit 
  • Honey Mustard Pork and Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Raisins- Sliced pork loin seasoned in honey mustard. Served with broccoli and roasted sweet potatoes mixed with raisins

June 1st meals!

  • Protein Oat Bites- Oats, dark chocolate chips, protein powder, honey, and peanut butter mixed with Almond milk.  Rolled into bite size balls of goodness
  • Chicken Teriyaki- Chicken breast marinated in Teriyaki sauce.  Served over stir fry vegetables and jasmine rice mixed with coconut oil
  • Steak and Red Potatoes- Grilled sirloin served with boiled red potatoes and steamed broccoli 
  • Thanksgiving Dinner- Oven roasted turkey breast served with mashed sweet potatoes, bread stuffing, and green beans

Memorial Day Menu

  • Salmon and Rice- Salmon filet over jasmine rice and green beans 

May 25th meals 

  • Banana Nut Smoothie- Banana, peanut butter, honey, Greek yogurt, and protein power blended together with almond milk
  • Jerk Chicken and Cornbread- Baked chicken breast seasoned in spicy jerk sauce.  Served with our signature MMM Cornbread and green beans
  • Teriyaki Meatballs and Quinoa- Lean ground beef meatballs topped with teriyaki sauce.  Served over Quinoa and stir fry vegetables
  • Turkey Cranberry Almond Salad- Diced turkey breast, dried cranberries, chopped almonds, tomato, and cucumber over a bed of romaine lettuce.  Served with a side of vinaigrette dressing.

May 22nd Meals!

  • Protein Parfait- Non fat Greek yogurt blended with cookies n creme topped with mixed berries and crunchy granola
  • BBQ Bacon Burger- Lean ground beef patties topped with sweet barbecue sauce and crispy turkey bacon.  Served with roasted white potatoes and steamed broccoli 
  • Cornflake Chicken and Rice- Chicken breast coated in cornflakes and topped with spicy mustard.  Served with jasmine rice and green beans
  • Mango Pork and Roasted Sweet Potatoes- Seasoned pork loin topped with mango salsa.  Served with green peas and sweet potatoes roasted in coconut oil

May 18th menu!

  • Almond Crusted Tilapia- Baked Tilapia coated in crushed almonds served over Couscous and green beans
  • Chicken BLT Sandwich- Grilled chicken, crispy turkey bacon, lettuce, tomato, and spicy mayo.  Served on whole wheat bread
  • Steak and Potatoes- Grilled sirloin served with roasted white potatoes and steamed broccoli
