Thursday July 20th

  • Denver Egg Bake- Egg whites mixed green peppers, onions, and Canadian bacon.  Served with diced white potatoes roasted in olive oil 
  • Turkey Cranberry Wrap- Oven roasted turkey breast, dried cranberries, and almonds tossed in Greek yogurt.  All wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla 
  • BBQ Chicken and Sweet Potatoes- Grilled chicken breast seasoned in barbecue sauce.  Served with mashed sweet potatoes and green peas
  • Ground Turkey Meatballs and Rice- Lean ground turkey meatballs served over jasmine rice and topped with marinara sauce 

July 17th Meals

    • Spinach Feta Egg Muffins and Sweet Potato Hash- Chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese mini egg muffins  served with turkey sausage and roasted sweet potatoes
    • Buffalo Chicken Alfredo- Pulled Buffalo Chicken served over whole wheat pasta and broccoli.  Topped with light Alfredo sauce
    • Turkey Pot Pie- Oven roasted turkey breast and mixed vegetables tossed in cream of chicken sauce.  Served with a buttery biscuit 
    • Pork “Fried” Rice- Pork loin seasoned in teriyaki sauce.  Served over jasmine rice, peas, and carrots

    July 12th Meals

    • Eggs and Rice Scramble- Egg whites, chicken sausage, and salsa scrambled with jasmine rice.  Topped with shredded cheese.  
    • Tuna Mac- Whole wheat pasta tossed in our Greek yogurt Mac sauce.  Topped with tuna and broccoli 
    • Sloppy Joe and Couscous- Lean ground turkey sloppy joe served with Couscous and mixed vegetables 
    • Turkey and Sweet Potatoes- Oven roasted turkey breast served with sweet potatoes roasted in coconut oil and Brussels sprouts 

    July 10th Meals

    • Protein Parfait- Non fat Greek yogurt mixed with protein powder.  Topped with mixed berries and granola
    • Honey Mustard Turkey and Rice- Oven roasted turkey breast flavored in honey mustard.  Served with jasmine rice and green beans
    • Salmon and Couscous- Seasoned salmon filet over a bed of Couscous and chopped spinach 
    • BBQ Turkey Meatloaf and White Potatoes- Lean ground turkey meatloaf covered in pit barbecue sauce.  Served with roasted white potatoes and green peas

    Thursday Meals!

    • Low Carb Breakfast- Egg white muffins baked with giardenera served with a turkey sausage patty
    • BBQ Pork and Sweet Potatoes- Sliced pork loin topped with pit barbecue sauce.  Served with mashed sweet potatoes and green beans
    • Almond Crusted Tilapia and Coconut Rice- Tilapia filet coated in crushed almonds.  Served with asparagus and rice tossed in coconut oil 
    • Steak and Taters- Grilled steak served with white potatoes roasted in olive oil and broccoli 

    July 3rd Meals!

    • Pumpkin Pie Proats- Oats, pumpkin purée, protein powder, and brown sugar all mixed with almond milk.  Then slow cooked and topped with pecans
    • Chicken Taco Bowl- Shredded chicken breast seasoned in chipotle lime dressing.  Served over jasmine rice mixed with black beans and corn
    • Pineapple Teriyaki Burger- Lean ground beef burgers topped with grilled pineapple and Teriyaki sauce.  Served with roasted sweet potatoes
    • Buffalo Turkey Mac- Whole wheat pasta tossed in our Buffalo mac sauce. Topped with diced oven roasted turkey breast and broccoli

    Meals for July 29th

    • Protein Oat Balls- Oats, chocolate chips, peanut butter, protein powder, and honey mixed with almond milk.  Rolled into balls of gooey goodness 
    • Chicken Fried Rice- Diced chicken breast served over jasmine rice and stir fry vegetables mixed with coconut oil.  Topped with Teriyaki sauce
    • Shepards Pie- Lean ground beef mixed with pasta sauce, peas, and corn.  Covered in mashed cinnamon sweet potatoes
    • Turkey BLT- Oven roasted turkey breast, turkey bacon, lettuce, tomato, and spicy mayo served on whole wheat bread 

    Chicken Bacon Time!

    • Egg N Tortilla Bake- Egg whites mixed with salsa; topped with diced turkey sausage and shredded cheese. Baked in a corn tortilla crust.
    • Chicken Bacon Ranch- Seasoned chicken breast and crispy turkey bacon bits served over jasmine rice and broccoli.  Topped with light ranch sauce
    • BBQ Pork and Sweet Potatoes- Sliced pork loin topped with pit barbecue sauce.  Served with mashed sweet potatoes, fresh coleslaw, and green beans
    • Salmon and Quinoa- Baked salmon filet over Quinoa mixed with black beans, corn, and spinach 

    June 21st Meals!

    • Protein Banana Bread Pudding- whole wheat bread diced, soaked in our protein pudding mix, and baked into a sweet breakfast treat
    • Honey Mustard Chicken and Mashed Sweet Potatoes- Seasoned grilled chicken breast topped with honey mustard . Served with mashed sweet potatoes and steamed vegetable 
    • Mango Tilapia and Coconut Rice- baked tilapia filets topped with mango salsa. Served over rice drizzled in coconut oil 
    • BBQ Meatballs and Quinoa- Lean ground beef meatballs covered in barbecue sauce.  Served over Quinoa and green peas

    June 19th meals

    • Protein Parfait- Non fat Greek yogurt blended with cookies n creme topped with mixed berries and crunchy granola
    •  Chicken Parmesan- Lightly coated chicken breast over whole wheat pasta and green beans.  Topped with pasta sauce and shredded Parmesan cheese
    • Sloppy Joe- Lean ground beef sloppy joe with peppers and onions.  Served with jasmine rice and a side of broccoli
    • Turkey Cranberry Almond Couscous- Diced turkey breast mixed with dried cranberries, sliced almonds, and cooked spinach.  Served over couscous tossed in olive oil
