Pumpkin Spice Waffles and Turkey Sausage Standard- Our signature waffle batter consisting of Cheerio flour, egg whites, greek yogurt, and protein powder. This time with pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice added! Topped with peanut butter, served with turkey sausage and a side of lite syrup.

Jerk Chicken, Rice, and Beans- Diced chicken breast cooked in a spicy jerk sauce. Served over jasmine rice and black beans tossed in coconut oil and a side of broccoli.

Lemon Garlic Shrimp Couscous- Seasoned shrimp baked in a lemon butter sauce. Served over couscous and chopped spinach.

Turkey and Taters- Oven roasted turkey breast served with boiled red potatoes and Brussels sprouts roasted in olive oil.

WEDNESDAY MARCH 7th!

Apple Proats- Diced apples, oats, peanut butter, and protein powder mixed with almond milk. Slowed cooked and sprinkled with cinnamon

Turkey Philly- Oven roasted turkey breast over jasmine rice. Topped with roasted peppers, onions and a slice of provolone cheese

Chicken Parmesan- Lightly seasoned chicken breast over whole wheat pasta and green beans. Covered in pasta sauce and parmesan cheese.

BBQ Meatloaf and Quinoa- Lean ground beef meatloaf with egg whites and breadcrumbs topped with sweet barbecue sauce. Served over quinoa and Normandy mixed vegetables

– Spinach and Feta Egg Muffins- Egg white muffins baked with chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese. Served with chicken sausage and roasted white potatoes

– Mango Tilapia and Quinoa- Baked tilapia filet topped with mango salsa. Served over quinoa and black beans.

– BBQ Chicken and Sweet Potatoes- Grilled chicken topped with sweet barbecue sauce. Served with mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli

– Shredded Beef and Rice- Shredded beef roast seasoned with giadiniera. Served over jasmine rice and green beans

Monday February 26th!

– Protein Parfait- Greek yogurt blended with cookies n cream protein powder. Topped with fresh mixed berries and crunchy granola.

– Cornflake Chicken- Diced chicken breast lightly coated in crushed cornflakes and topped with honey mustard. Served with green beans and mashed white potatoes with greek yogurt and garlic salt

– Sloppy Joe- Lean ground turkey sloppy joe with green peppers and onions. Served over jasmine rice with a side of broccoli

– Turkey Pot Pie- Oven roasted turkey breast mixed with cream of chicken and Normandy vegetables. Topped with a buttery biscuit.

Thursday Meals!

Cranberry Protein Oat Balls- Oats, dried cranberries, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder mixed with almond milk.  Formed into bite sized balls of goodness

 

Turkey BLT- Sliced oven roasted turkey breast, crispy turkey bacon, lettuce, and tomato served on a whole wheat wrap with a side of low fat spicy mayo

 

Beef and Taters- Seasoned lean ground beef with broccoli and white potatoes roasted in olive oil

 

Buffalo Chicken- Shredded chicken breast tossed in spicy buffalo sauce.  Served over jasmine rice and roasted asparagus

February 19th!

  • Tortilla Egg Bake- Egg whites, giardiniera, cheese, and diced turkey sausage baked in a corn tortilla shell

 

 

  • Mango Turkey and Sweets- Oven roasted turkey breast topped with mango salsa.  Served with green peas and sweet potatoes roasted in olive oil.

 

  • Pineapple Teriyaki Burger- Lean ground beef burger topped with grilled pineapple and teriyaki sauce.  Served over jasmine rice and stir fry vegetables. 

 

  • Spicy Shrimp and Couscous- Shrimp sautéed in spicy Louisiana hot sauce.  Served over couscous, corn, and spinach tossed in coconut oil 

Thursday February 15th

  • Protein Bread Pudding- Diced whole wheat bread soaked in our banana protein mix made of sliced bananas, peanut butter, protein powder, egg whites, and almond milk

 

  • Stuffed Peppers- Lean ground turkey stuffed in green peppers topped with pasta sauce.  Served with a side of quinoa and broccoli

 

 

  • Greek Chicken and Rice- Marinated chicken breast over jasmine rice, feta cheese, cucumber, tomato, and olives

 

 

  • Salmon and Sweets- Seasoned salmon filet served with mashed sweet potatoes and mixed vegetables roasted in olive oil

February 5th
