– Sliced turkey breast sandwiched between whole wheat bread topped with lettuce, tomato, and Canadian bacon. Served with a side of chipotle mayo.

Nighttime snack

– Creamy chocolate spread from peanut butter and casein protein powder blended with almond milk. Served with rice cakes
