• Banana Proats- Sliced bananas, oats, cookies n creme protein powder, honey, and peanut butter all mixed with almond milk and slow cooked
  • Turkey “Fried”Rice- Turkey breast, jasmine rice, green peas, and carrots all tossed in soy sauce and drizzled in coconut oil 
  • BBQ Pork and Cornbread- Pulled pork roast tossed in sweet BBQ sauce and served with MMM Cornbread and green beans
  • Chicken Parmesan- Lightly breaded chicken breast over whole wheat pasta.  Topped with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese.  Served with a side of steamed broccoli
