New flavors!

  • Pumpkin Spice Protein Waffles- Our signature MMM waffle batter mixed with pumpkin and topped with peanut butter.  Served with a side of turkey sausage and sugar free syrup
  • Ground Turkey Fried Rice- Brown rice mixed with soy sauce and coconut oil.  Topped lean ground turkey, peas, and carrots. 
  • Slow Roasted BBQ Pork and Mashed Sweet Potatoes-  Pork tenderloin seasoned in tangy barbecue sauce.  Served with mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli.
  • Cranberry Almond Couscous and Turkey- Oven roasted turkey breast over a couscous, dried cranberry, and almond salad

Cranberry Protein Oat Balls- Oats, peanut butter, dried cranberries, protein powder, and honey all mixed with almond milk into balls of goodness 
Honey Mustard Salmon and Rice- Salmon filet topped with honey mustard over a bed of Jasmine rice 
Turkey Quesadilla- Diced oven roasted turkey breast, peppers, onions, and cheese sandwiched between two tortillas 
Barbecue Chicken and Sweets- Grilled chicken breast tossed in tangy BBQ sauce.  Served with sweet potatoes roasted in olive oil

  • Eggs and Hash Casserole- Baked egg whites and diced Canadian bacon mixed gardinera over shredded potatoes 
  • Buffalo Turkey Mac N Cheese – Diced turkey breast mixed with whole wheat pasta tossed in our Buffalo Greek yogurt cheese sauce.  Served with a side of steamed green beans.
  • Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole- Diced chicken breast and crispy turkey bacon bits over Jasmine rice and topped with light ranch dressing.  Served with a side of broccoli.
  • Sweet Potato Shepards Pie- Ground turkey, corn, peas, and onion mixed with pasta sauce.  Covered in mashed cinnamon sweet potatoes

Meals for January 12th

  • Banana Nut Smoothie- Banana, peanut butter, protein powder, and honey all blended with almond milk
  • Grilled Chicken and Rice- Marinated grilled chicken served with jasmine rice and asparagus 
  • Almond Crusted Tilapia and Couscous- Tilapia encrusted in chopped almonds served with coconut couscous and spinach
  • Mango Pork and Sweets- Roasted pork with mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli.  Topped with mango salsa

  • Apple Proats- Diced apples, cookies n creme protein powder, brown sugar, and chopped almonds all mixed with almond milk and slow cooked
  • Southwest Turkey Bowl- Jasmine rice, black beans, corn, and salsa topped with seasoned lean ground turkey 
  • Buffalo Chicken and Sweets- Shredded buffalo chicken served with roasted veggies and mashed sweet potatoes topped with pecans 
  • Honey Mustard Turkey And Taters- Oven roasted turkey breast seasoned in honey mustard dressing. Served with diced white potatoes roasted in olive oil, green peas, and carrots

2017! 

  • Protein Parfait- Greek yogurt blended with cookie n creme protein powder topped with mixed berries and granola
  • Pork Roast Stir Fry- Seasoned pork roast over Jasmine rice and stir fry veggies mixed with teriyaki sauce 
  • Chicken Parmesan- Whole wheat pasta mixed with lightly breaded chicken breast.  Topped with pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese.  Served with a side of broccoli. 
  • Beef Burger and Sweet Potatoes- Lean ground beef topped with spicy mustard and chopped spinach.  Served with mashed sweet potatoes.

  • Shredded Beef and Red Potatoes- Lean beef roast mixed with spicy gardinera.  Served with a side of red potatoes and roasted broccoli 
  • Honey Mustard Turkey and Jasmine Rice- Oven roasted turkey breast topped with honey mustard.  Served over a bed of Jasmine rice and green beans

December 12th Meals!

  • Banana Cranberry Oats- Sliced bananas, dried cranberries, oats, cookies n creme protein powder, honey, and peanut butter all mixed with almond milk and slow cooked
  • Turkey “Fried”Rice- Turkey breast, jasmine rice tossed in soy sauce and drizzled in coconut oil served with roasted broccoli 
  • Southwest Chicken Bowl- Seasoned, shredded chicken breast over Jasmine rice with a side of salsa and black beans
  •  Shepards Pie- Lean ground turkey mixed with pasta sauce, corn, and peas covered with a layer of mashed cinnamon sweet potatoes

December 5th Meals!

  • Honey Mustard Pork and Roasted White Potatoes- Oven roasted pork roast served with white potatoes roasted in olive oil and drizzled with honey mustard. Served with a side of  green beans
  • Teriyaki Pineapple Beef Burger- Lean beef burgers seasoned with teriyaki sauce.  Topped with grilled pineapple slices and a side of stir fry veggies
