Waffles On Repeat

  • Apple Protein Waffles- Our signature My Mighty Meals waffle batter blended with applesauce.  Topped with peanut butter granola, and sugar free syrup.  Served with a side of chicken sausage 
  • Buffalo Turkey Mac N Cheese- Diced oven roasted turkey breast tossed in cheesy, spicy whole wheat pasta
  • BBQ Turkey Meatloaf and Quinoa-  Lean ground turkey meatloaf topped with sweet barbecue sauce.  Served with Quinoa, corn, and green peas.
  • Honey Mustard Cornflake Chicken and Jasmine Rice- Chicken breast coated in cornflakes and topped with honey mustard.  Served over jasmine rice and green beans

  • Egg Muffins and Turkey Sausage White Potato Hash- Mini egg white muffins mixed with gardinera.  Served with a turkey sausage patty and roasted white potatoes
  • Oven Roasted Turkey and Sweet Potatoes- Diced turkey breast with cinnamon mashed sweet potatoes topped with crushed almonds
  • Beef Taco Bowl- Seasoned lean ground beef served over jasmine rice.  Topped with salsa, cheese, and refried beans
  • Buffalo Chicken and Coconut Couscous- Marinated chicken breast with Couscous mixed with coconut oil and green peas

Menu for Feb 20!

  • Pumpkin Spice Protein Waffles- Our signature My Mighty Meals waffle batter mixed with pumpkin and cooked til golden brown.  Topped with peanut butter and sugar free syrup 
  • Chicken “Fried”Rice- Diced chicken breast over a mix of Jasmine rice, green peas, and carrot; tossed in soy sauce and coconut oil.
  • Bacon Burger and Sweets- Lean ground beef patties with turkey bacon.  Topped with spicy mustard.  Served with mashed sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli 
  • BBQ Pork and Coleslaw- Shredded Pork roast folded into tangy BBQ sauce.  Served with green beans and creamy coleslaw 

Meals for 2/16th 

  • Protein Energy Balls-Honey, peanut butter, protein powder, and dried cranberries folded in to granola and formed into gooey balls of goodness
  • Turkey Pasta Salad- Diced oven roasted turkey breast tossed in whole wheat pasta, peppers, olives, onion, feta, and Italian dressing
  • Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs- Lean ground turkey meatballs drizzled in Teriyaki sauce over brown rice and green peas
  • Chicken and Biscuits- Chicken breast and Normandy veggies in low fat cream of chicken sauce.  Served with a fluffy, flaky biscuit 

2/13 meals!

  • Protein Parfait- Nonfat Greek yogurt blended with cookies n creme protein topped with mixed berries and granola
  • Turkey and Taters- Oven roasted turkey breast with honey Mustard dressing.  Served with a side of red potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts 
  • Couscous Chili- Lean ground beef mixed with diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and corn.  Served over a bed of Couscous and topped with low fat cheese
  • Chicken Bacon Ranch- Diced chicken breast over Jasmine rice.  Topped with crispy turkey bacon bits and light ranch dressing.  Served with steamed broccoli

Feb 9th meals!

  • Eggs N Sausage Quinoa Bake- Egg whites baked with salsa and Quinoa.  Topped with diced turkey sausage.
  • Turkey Almond Cranberry Salad- Oven roasted turkey breast, dried cranberries, and chopped almonds over a bed of romaine lettuce.  With a side of Italian dressing
  • Tilapia and Roasted Sweet Potatoes- Seasoned tilapia with sweet potatoes roasted in coconut oil and steam broccoli
  • Chicken Fajita Bowl- Grilled chicken with roasted peppers and onions over Jasmine rice 

February 6th meals!

  • Banana Proats- Oats, banana, peanut butter, protein powder, and brown sugar all mixed with almond milk and slow cooked to gooey deliciousness 
  • Sloppy Joe and Cornbread- Lean ground turkey with diced peppers and onions.  Served with our MMM Cornbread and green beans
  • Mango Pork and Sweet Potatoes- Seasoned pork tenderloin topped with mango salsa.  Served with mashed cinnamon sweet potatoes and green peas
  • Jerk Chicken and Coconut Rice- Jasmine rice mixed with black beans and coconut oil.  Topped with spicy jerk chicken and steamed broccoli

  • Peanut Butter and Berry Protein Cheesecake- Our cheesecake filling mix of Greek Yogurt, fat free cream cheese, protein powder, peanut butter, and blended mixed berries baked in a graham cracker crust
  • Grilled Italian Chicken and Sweet Potatoes- Marinated chicken breast with mashed sweet potatoes and Normandy vegetables
  • Ground Turkey Taco Bowl- Seasoned lean ground turkey over Jasmine rice mixed with salsa and topped with low fat cheese
  • Shredded Beef with White Potatoes- Lean shredded beef mixed with gardinera served with roasted white potatoes and green beans

Meals for January 30th

  • Tortilla Egg Quiche- Egg whites, Canadian bacon, and salsa baked in a layer of corn tortillas and low fat cheese
  • Thanksgiving in January- Oven roasted turkey breast with mashed sweet potatoes, stuffing, and green beans
  • Pineapple Teriyaki Burger- Lean beef burger topped with grilled pineapple and Teriyaki sauce.  Served with a side of stir fry vegetables.  
  • Buffalo Chicken Alfredo- Marinated chicken breast over whole wheat pasta and topped with low cal Alfredo sauce.  Served with a side of broccoli.  

Nice and Early!
