  • Couscous Chili- Lean ground beef mixed with diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and corn.  Served over a bed of Couscous and topped with low fat cheese
  • Chicken Bacon Ranch- Diced chicken breast over Jasmine rice.  Topped with crispy turkey bacon bits and light ranch dressing.  Served with steamed broccoli
