  • BBQ Chicken and Taters- Pulled BBQ chicken with roasted mixed vegetables and baked potato. Served with a Greek yogurt ranch sauce

  • Banana Nut Chocolate Chip Waffles- Our signature waffle batter but this time with chocolate chips folded in.  Cooked til golden brown and topped with a dollop of peanut butter and sliced banana.  
  • Turkey Fried Rice- Jasmine rice mixed with coconut oil, soy sauce, peas and carrots.  Served with diced oven roasted turkey breast
  • Grilled Chicken Cranberry Salad Wrap- Chicken breast, cranberries, and almonds mixed with low fat mayo and Greek yogurt.  Served with a whole wheat wrap
  • Honey Mustard Pork with Apples and Sweets- Seasoned pork roast served over oven roasted apples, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, and onions

  • Protein Pumpkin Pie- Mashed pumpkin, egg whites, honey, peanut butter, and protein powder mixed and baked in a  graham cracker crust
  • Southwest Chicken Bowl- Jasmine rice, black beans, corn, and salsa topped with seasoned chicken breast
  • BBQ Burger and Sweets- Lean ground beef burgers served with mashed sweet potatoes and asparagus 
  • Turkey And Taters- Oven roasted turkey breast seasoned in Italian dressing.  Served with a baked potato and roasted mixed veggies

November 7th Menu

  • Buffalo Chicken and Rice- Shredded chicken breast seasoned in spicy Buffalo sauce.  Served with jasmine rice and green peas 
  • Beef Quesadilla- Slow cooked beef roast, peppers, onions, and cheese sandwiched between corn tortillas.  Topped with avocado
  • Ground Turkey Quinoa Chili- Seasoned ground turkey mixed with corn, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and Quinoa.  Served with a side of steamed veggies

  • BBQ Pork and Cornbread- Pulled pork roast tossed in sweet BBQ sauce and served with MMM Cornbread and green beans
  • Chicken Parmesan- Lightly breaded chicken breast over whole wheat pasta.  Topped with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese.  Served with a side of steamed broccoli

  • Jerk Chicken and Rice- Marinated chicken breast with a side of Jasmine rice and mixed vegetables roasted in coconut oil

Italian Chicken and Rice- Marinated chicken breast served with a side of jasmine rice and green beans

Buffalo Chicken Alfedo- Whole wheat pasta topped diced marinated chicken breast and light Alfredo sauce. Served with a side of broccoli

Stuffing Stuffed Turkey Loaf – Ground turkey loafs stuffed with bread stuffing and topped with sweet barbecue sauce. Completed with a side steamed broccoli
