April 3rd Meals!

  • Protein Oat Balls- Oats, peanut butter, protein powder, and dark chocolate chips mixed with Almond milk and honey.  Rolled into bite size balls of goodness.
  • Sloppy Joe and Cornbread- Lean ground turkey sloppy joe with our signature MMM Cornbread and steamed green beans
  • Chicken Bacon Ranch- Diced chicken breast over jasmine rice.  Topped with light ranch dressing and turkey bacon bits.  Served with a side of broccoli 
  • Honey Mustard Pork with Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Apples- Pork loin topped with honey Mustard.  Served with diced sweet potatoes and apples roasted in olive oil.  

Meals for March 30th

  • Protein Parfait- Non fat Greek yogurt blended with protein powder.  Topped with mixed berries and granola
  • Turkey Pot Pie- Diced oven roasted turkey breast and Normandy vegetables in cream of chicken sauce.  Topped with a flaky biscuit 
  • Chicken Fried Rice- Shredded chicken over jasmine rice mixed with peas and carrots.  Topped with soy sauce and coconut oil
  • Parmesan Garlic Shrimp Pasta- Shrimp cooked in a lemon garlic sauce over a bed of whole wheat pasta. Topped with shredded Parmesan 

March 27th Meals!

  • Bacon N Egg Tortilla Bake- Egg whites mixed with spicy gardinera baked in corn tortillas and topped with turkey bacon 
  • Thanksgiving in March- Oven roasted turkey breast served with bread stuffing, cranberry sauce, and green beans
  • Taco Bowl- Seasoned lean ground beef over jasmine rice.  Topped with salsa, corn, black beans, and low fat cheese
  • Jerk Chicken and White Potatoes- Shredded chicken breast seasoned with spicy jerk sauce.  Served with broccoli and diced white potatoes roasted in olive oil 

Meals for Thursday March 23rd

  • Banana Protein Bread Pudding- Diced whole wheat bread soaked in Almond milk, peanut butter, sliced banana, and protein powder 
  • Honey Mustard Salmon and Rice- Salmon filet glazed in honey mustard served with jasmine rice and green peas
  • Mango Pork and Roasted Sweet Potatoes- Pork roast topped with mango salsa and served with sweet potatoes roasted in olive oil
  • BBQ Chicken and White Potatoes- Grilled chicken covered in tangy barbecue sauce with baked white potatoes and Normandy vegetables 

Bacon Waffles… 

  • Bacon Stuffed Protein Waffles- Our signature protein waffle batter with crispy turkey bacon bits folded in and cooked til golden brown.  Topped with peanut butter and sugar free syrup 
  • Chicken Parmesan- Lightly breaded chicken breast over whole wheat pasta.  Topped with pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese.  Served with a side of green beans
  • Teriyaki Pineapple Burger- Lean ground beef topped with grilled pineapple slices and teriyaki sauce.  Served with a side of stir fry vegetables 
  • Buffalo Turkey Breast and Mashed Sweet Potatoes- Oven roasted turkey breast seasoned with spicy buffalo sauce.  Served with mixed vegetables and mashed sweet potatoes topped with cinnamon and sliced almonds 

Thursday March 16th Meals!

  • Southwest Egg N Rice Scramble- Egg whites, salsa, and cheese scrambled with jasmine rice
  • Sweet Potato Shepards Pie- Lean ground turkey, corn, green peas, and onion mixed with pasta sauce.  Topped with mashed sweet potatoes 
  • Salmon and Couscous- Baked salmon over Couscous and cooked spinach 
  • Turkey Bacon Wrap- Oven roasted turkey breast with crispy turkey bacon, lettuce, tomato and spicy mayo 

St Pattys Menu

  • Banana Nut Protein Oats- Oats, sliced bananas, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder mixed with Almond milk and slow cooked
  • Pork and Sweet Potatoes- Pork loin seasoned with spicy mustard.  Served with sweet potatoes roasted in coconut oil and broccoli 
  • Pita-less Chicken Gyro- Chicken roasted with onion and tomato.  Served with jasmine rice tossed in olive oil and a side of Greek yogurt dill sauce
  • Corned Beef and Potatoes- Sliced corned beef served with red potatoes, peas, and carrots

Battle of the Rice

  • Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs- Lean ground turkey meatballs tossed in Teriyaki sauce.  Served with brown rice and stir fry veggies 
  • Coconut Tilapia and Sweet Potatoes- Pan fried tilapia in coconut oil served with mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli 
  • Grilled Chicken and Jasmine Rice- Grilled chicken breast marinated in Italian dressing over jasmine rice and green beans

March 6th Meals!

  • Eggs, Sausage, and Taters- Egg whites, salsa, and cheese baked into mini muffins.  Served with roasted white potatoes and turkey sausage
  • Turkey Couscous Cranberry Almond Salad- Couscous mixed with dried cranberries, sliced almonds, olive oil, and cooked spinach.  Topped with oven roasted turkey breast
  • Jerk Chicken and Cornbread- Shredded chicken breast seasoned in spicy jerk sauce.  Served with our signature MMM Cornbread and broccoli
  • Steak and Rice- Marinated steak grilled and served over jasmine rice with roasted mixed veggies

  • Turkey Casserole-Oven roasted turkey breast over brown rice mixed with cream of mushroom.  Lightly topped with breadcrumbs and shredded cheese
  • Mango Pork Tacos- Shredded pork topped with mango salsa and greens mix.  Served with a corn tortilla
  • Ground Turkey Sloppy Joe and Mashed Sweet Potatoes- Seasoned lean ground turkey served with mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli
