Turkey Sloppy Joe and Sweets- Seasoned lean ground turkey cooked with peppers, onions, BBQ and tomato sauce.  Served with a side of mashed sweet potatoes

Chicken “Fried” Rice- Chicken thigh tossed in teriyaki sauce.  Served over a bed of jasmine rice, peas, and carrots drizzled in coconut oil

Southwest Chicken and Rice- Marinated chicken breast pieces mixed in salsa over jasmine rice with a side of gaucamole

Sweet Potato Shepard’s Pie- Lean ground beef with mixed sweet corn, green peas, and pasta sauce. All covered with mashed cinnamon sweet potatoes

Turkey Cranberry Almond Wrap- Diced turkey breast, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds mixed with Greek yogurt and topped with shredded lettuce.  Served with a whole wheat wrap

Chicken Mole with Jasmine Rice and Black Beans- Shredded chicken breast smothered in mole sauce.  Served with a side of Jasmine rice and black beans
BBQ Pork with Cornbread and Coleslaw- Seasoned pork roast with fluffy cornbread and creamy coleslaw
Salmon and Quinoa- Baked salmon filet with a mix of quinoa, sweet corn, and green pea.  
Protein Cookies- Peanut butter, casein protein powder, and dark chocolate chips baked with almond milk and egg whites.
