My Mighty Meals is a meal prep program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. You tell us your goals, then leave the rest of the work to us! We’ll design a program for you and take care of the cooking and meal preparation, providing you with tasty, healthy meals on a weekly basis.

We prepare meals fresh weekly. Each meal is planned, calculated, & given that personal touch to match the cooking that comes right out of your kitchen. This homemade taste will keep the meal plan manageable and easy to follow.

Gyro Scramble and Tots

Eggs scrambled with diced gyro meat, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped spinach served with tater tots

Italian Turkey and Couscous

Oven roasted turkey breast tossed in light Italian dressing.  Served over pearl couscous and topped with roasted zucchini, squash, and baby tomatoes

Ground Chicken Parm

Seasoned lean ground chicken served over pasta.  Topped with pasta sauce, shredded parmesan cheese, broccoli

Steak and Mashed Potato

Seasoned filet tip steak served with our Greek yogurt mashed potatoes and asparagus

Sweet Chili Chicken

Seasoned chicken thighs tossed in sweet chili sauce.  Served over jasmine rice and topped with scrambled egg whites, peas, carrots, and corn.
