That time again!

Next week’s meals

Protein yogurt- bringing back the fan favorite with granola, chopped almonds and mixed berries

Turkey salad- on the lighter side.  Chunks of turkey breast, hard boiled egg, cheese and tomatoes over mixed greens.  Complete with a side of honey mustard dressing

BBQ chicken and sweets- baked chicken breast smothered in tangy BBQ sauce with a side of mashed sweet potatoes and green beans

Seasoned salmon and rice- wild caught salmon seasoned and baked served with jasmine rice and broccoli

New dessert!

Chickpea protein cookies- blended chickpeas, protein powder, peanut butter, and honey.  With dark chocolate chips folded in and baked til gooey

On the menu

Dessert for breakfast

  • pumpkin pie protein cheesecake cupcakes.  Graham cracker crust with pumpkin cream cheese protein filling!

Salty and sweets

  • Pretzel crusted chicken breast topped with honey mustard.  Served with a side of mashed sweet potatoes and asparagus

Turkey joes

  • Tangy BBQ sauce with peppers and onion mixed into ground turkey served over a mound of quinoa

Tuna salad pita sandwich

  • Chunks of tuna flavored with corn, black beans, greek yogurt, and lemon with a side of lettuce.  All to be stuffed in a whole wheat pita.

Night time pudding

  • Peanut butter and protein powder blended into a sweet treat to end the day.
